The Industrial Cold Pizza Line was designed to be integrated into existing or new industrial pizza production line. Thanks to the machine's cold system, pizza dough balls are spread automatically. The maximum product capacity is 800-900 pizzas per hour per each head. The machine can be configured from 1 to 5 heads and, consequently, it can reach up to 4000-4500 pizzas per hour. One of the advantage of the Line is its versatility, that allows realising different pizza dough weights and sizes.
The EVO Line is an industrial feeding and laminating line with a capacity between 1000 and 2000 kg per hour. It impresses with its high process reliability and gentle dough processing.
The EVO Line has a large satellite head with two bottom rollers (option), a cross roller and a calibration unit for gentle rolling. It is available in three versions, whereby the line components are exactly matched to the doughs to be produced:
