TIM ZIP adopted among first high European standards of ISO and HACCP, company managed to accomplish 15 years old continuity in releasing the INFO magazine and it is the publisher of many professional books in areas of bakery and pastry. It is also initiator and supporter of Croatian association of experts in bakery and pastry – RICHEMONT CLUB. Company is preliminary author, organizer and main sponsor of competition in most creative bakery and pastry artwork „golden hands“, as well as festival of bread and sweets. Company is also active participant in professional and other events of this branch in the region.
