For our coffee specialities we only use premium highland Arabica beans from the best coffee growing regions around the globe. This approach is firmly anchored in our philosophy, without compromise. Thanks to its mild and particularly gentle to the stomach, our coffee is also ideal for people with sensitive stomachs. The reason for this is the low caffeine content of our Arabicas, the natural fruit acid and the particularly gentle roasting process.

Our special farm coffees are particularly suitable for preparation using the filter method and are the basis of our brewed coffee concept. As with our blends, we only use 100% highland Arabica beans for our range of farm coffee.

The Schärf Cold Brew is a 48-hour cold extracted highland Arabica coffee from our "Wiener Hausblend". This special creation produces a mild coffee with sweet flavours and a natural sweet taste. For customers who like it a little sweeter, the Cold Brew also tastes perfect with our organic syrups agave, coconut, vanilla or caramel.
