Who we are
INGER Verlagsgesellschaft has its roots in the bakery trade - our oldest trade title Bäcker Zeitung was founded in 1909. We stand by this tradition and the values that have shaped this industry. As an owner-managed and medium-sized publishing group, we know that only competition and diversity - among entrepreneurs and their suppliers - can guarantee the further development and future viability of a sector, and we therefore vouch for this.

INGER Verlagsgesellschaft is not aimed at corporations, but at entrepreneurs from medium-sized businesses who create jobs and are firmly anchored in their respective markets and regions - with tradition, entrepreneurial spirit and passion!

This is not an empty phrase for us, but a living reality: INGER Verlagsgesellschaft, a medium-sized publishing group with locations in Osnabrück, Bochum and Alfeld, employs more than 40 men and women. It is not without reason that the majority of our managers come from our own junior staff.

What we do - and why
Entrepreneurs make very special demands on their magazines, books and further training offers. They demand competent, target group-specific information of high utility value in a reader-friendly and attractive design. The specialist publications of INGER Verlagsgesellschaft mbH meet this requirement: We support entrepreneurs in the bakery, baking, organic trade and coffee-based gastronomy sectors with an extensive range of media that is precisely tailored to their needs. We are the exclusive sales partner for the textbooks of the renowned Swiss technical college Richemont and also offer entrepreneurs in the bakery trade qualified technical literature for further training and profiling with our own book programme.

We are in dialogue with the makers and drivers of the changes in the industries and promote the exchange for mutual understanding. We make the markets transparent for our readers and provide orientation in a rapidly changing economy and society. Through our trade journals, networks, platforms and events, we offer our customers access to premium markets with high added value.
