Product description

Caravella Crunch, born from the combination of classic Caravella products and tasty crunchy inclusions, is designed to amaze and allow pastry chefs to play between different textures. In particular, Crunch Mora is made with the addition of toasted cocoa beans in the classic Gran Mora; Crunch Ciocco Ivory represents the meeting between the white chocolate cream and tasty crunchy wafer flakes; Pistacchio Crunch and Crunch Nocciola combine the intense flavor of the classic Gran Pistacchio and Gran Nocciola with the crunchiness of the respective grains. Gluten-free, they are ideal for cakes and tartlets fillings, but can also be used for filling croissants and biscuits.

Caravella Crunch and Gran Frutta, like the other spreadable creams in the range, are hydrogenated fats free and stand out for their structure, creaminess and taste, both for filling and for icing or flavoring.

The new proposals are all available in the 5 kg package and are added to the fourteen already present in the range.
